January 2023
In the last 10 days of 2022, we carried out work on the roof, received and unloaded construction materials and continued masonry on the floors of section 1.
The formwork of the last roof slab was dismantled.
We received a brick and a block to continue the work.
In particular, the parapet on section 1 and the brick fireplaces were bricked.
Masonry of external walls on floors 6-7.
Columns along the perimeter have been poured and mounted.
We continue to prepare rooms before the start of finishing work.
Next comes the communication of section 1 and the installation of ventilation.
March 2023
In the first half of March, 16 to 24 people worked at the facility, engaged in installation work, brickwork of the gas block on floors 3, 5, 6, 8, laying electricity and cleaning the formwork. In the middle of March, they worked on facade works, cleaned the floors, laid electricity and plumbing, and built masonry from the gas block on the remaining floors. Since March 21, more than 20 workers were involved every day, engaged in installation work, brickwork of the gas block on the floors, laying of electricity and waterproofing. Facade work and brickwork from the gas block on the 2nd, 4th and 8th floors, waterproofing was carried out and pipes in fireplaces and plumbing were laid. In total, during March 2023, more than 20 workers were employed on the construction of the Le Meandre hotel apartments. Installation work, brickwork from gas block on different floors, laying of electricity and plumbing, waterproofing and cleaning of formwork were carried out.
June 2023
Installers installed windows on the slope side of section 3. Stonemasons – bricklaying of nodes, walls and blocks of common areas of floors 6-8 in the same section. Monoliths – cleaning the territory, cleaning the formwork, pouring an additional shaft. Electricians – installation of electric wires. Plumbing, boilers and water supply systems are partially installed. Works on installation of electricity and wiring of electricity in rooms.

During the period from July 14, 2023, to July 31, 2023, the following works were carried out at the “Le Meandre” construction site:

- Wiring of electricity in apartments, wiring and preparation of outlets, wall chiseling, and cable laying.
Masons:
- Masonry of walls with gas blocks in sections 7th and 8th floors.
- Masonry of sanitary units in sections 6th and 7th floors.
- Cleaning in the 1st section on the 6th floor.
All these works were carried out according to the plan and schedule.
August 2023

Numbered electrical panels have been installed in sections 2, 3 on floors 2, 3, 4, 5.
Installation of air conditioning system risers has been fully completed, and copper piping for the air conditioning system has been installed in the apartments on the 7th floor of all sections.
Installation of the air conditioning drainage system has begun in sections 2, 3.
Ventilation system installation in the bathrooms has been completed in section 3 on all floors.
The installation of the heating system (radiator installation) and water supply and sewage systems has been fully completed on all floors of the annex.
